Supervisor - Traralgon

Join a high-performing team at one of Victoria’s key energy assets. We’re seeking a results-oriented Supervisor to lead daily operations in Traralgon. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic industrial environments and is passionate about driving operational excellence, safety, and team performance.



What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead daily site operations
• Ensure compliance with all HSEQ and safety standards
• Plan and execute maintenance and operational tasks
• Manage team performance, documentation, and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Drive a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience supervising maintenance teams in industrial, mining, or energy sectors
• Fitter experience (highly regarded)
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems (e.g., conveyors, bulk handling equipment)
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Commitment to team safety, performance, and accountability
• Energetic, proactive and passionate about change
